How Swap-ETH.com Works

Swap-ETH.com is built for direct crypto-to-crypto swaps involving Ethereum, Bitcoin, USDT and Monero. The order flow connects a source asset and network with a separate destination payout, so the important checks happen before the deposit is sent.

Eligible orders can start without creating a persistent trading account. Risk-based review may still apply when required, and the live order details remain the primary source for the amount, route and service conditions of a specific swap.

Reviewing a crypto swap order before sending funds
1

Choose What You Send and Receive

Start by selecting the asset you already hold and the cryptocurrency you want to receive. Swap-ETH.com focuses on ETH ↔ BTC, ETH ↔ USDT and ETH ↔ XMR routes, with dedicated pages for both directions and selected fixed amounts.

For USDT, the blockchain network is part of the order. When receiving USDT, choose a destination network supported by your wallet; when sending USDT, select the network where your Tether balance is actually held.

2

Review the Quote Before Creating the Order

Enter the amount and check the current expected payout before sending funds. The quote reflects the selected pair and current market conditions, while the order view shows the service fee and other details relevant to that transaction.

The estimated service fee is typically 0.32%–1.68%. No hidden service fee is added after the order is created, although blockchain transaction costs are separate and can vary by network.

3

Add the Destination Wallet Details

The destination address tells the service where to send the asset you are receiving. Check the entire address and, where applicable, the selected network before moving to the deposit step.

A BTC address is used for Bitcoin payout, an Ethereum address for ETH payout and a Monero address for XMR payout. USDT requires both the token destination and the correct blockchain network, because the same token can exist on different chains.

4

Send the Deposit on the Correct Network

After the order is created, use only the deposit details generated for that transaction. The asset and network you send must match the order; sending another asset or using an unsupported network can prevent normal processing.

The deposit is not the same transaction as the final payout. For example, an ETH to BTC swap starts with an Ethereum deposit and finishes with a separate Bitcoin transaction to the BTC address provided for the order.

5

Wait for the Required Confirmations

Blockchain confirmations happen before service processing can complete. Confirmation time depends on the source network and is separate from the service-processing window.

Typical service processing takes 4–13 minutes after the required confirmations. The total time may therefore be longer when the sending network is congested or confirmations arrive more slowly than usual.

6

Receive the Payout in Your Wallet

Once the deposit has the required confirmations and the order is processed, the receiving asset is sent to the destination details supplied for that transaction. The payout is a separate blockchain transfer and should be checked using the destination wallet and transaction information associated with the order.

Direct wallet payout means you do not need to maintain an ongoing balance on Swap-ETH.com for eligible orders. The exact route remains subject to the current asset and network availability shown when the order is created.

If an Address or Network Is Wrong

Crypto transfers are generally irreversible after they are broadcast, so address and network checks should happen before the deposit is sent. Do not assume that two assets can be sent directly to each other’s address simply because they are being swapped in the same order.

If an order has already been funded and something does not match the order details, contact support with the order identifier and transaction hash. Do not send seed phrases, private keys or wallet passwords to support.

Choose a Swap Direction

Use the route that matches the assets you want to send and receive: ETH to BTC, BTC to ETH, ETH to USDT, USDT to ETH, ETH to XMR or XMR to ETH.

FAQ

How does a crypto swap work?

A crypto swap accepts one supported asset as a deposit and sends another supported asset as a separate payout. The order connects the two sides through a current quote, deposit details, blockchain confirmations and final wallet delivery.

How does a crypto exchange order work on Swap-ETH.com?

Choose the pair, amount and required network details, then review the expected payout before creating the order. Send the source asset to the generated deposit address and receive the destination asset after the required confirmations and service processing.

How long do ETH swaps take?

Typical service processing is 4–13 minutes after the required confirmations. Total completion time also includes the blockchain confirmation period, which varies by network conditions.

Why can’t I swap Ethereum?

A route may be unavailable if the selected amount, asset combination or network is not currently supported by the transaction flow. Check the live order options first; if a supported route still cannot be created, contact support with the relevant order or error details.
